关于对研究生拟退学处理决定的公告

南方科技大学生命科学学院2024级博士研究生Siraj Khan，学号12431387。因在学校规定期限内未注册而又未履行暂缓注册手续，且未经批准连续两周未参加学校规定的教学活动，根据《南方科技大学研究生学籍管理规定》（南科大〔2022〕90号）第二十一条的规定，生命科学学院拟对2024级博士研究生Siraj Khan予以退学处理。

培养单位多次联系2024级博士研究生Siraj Khan，均未收到本人回应。现根据《南方科技大学研究生学籍管理规定》（南科大〔2022〕90号）第二十二条的规定，向其公告送达拟退学处理决定，自本公告发出之日起经十个工作日即视为送达。特此告知。

Announcement on the Proposed Disposition of Graduate Student Withdrawal

Siraj Khan (Student ID: 12431387), is a 2024-entry doctoral student at the School of Life Sciences, Southern University of Science and Technology (hereafter the School).In the Spring semester of 2026, Siraj Khan failed to register before the deadline set by Southern University of Science and Technology (hereafter the University) without applying for late registration, and also failed to participate in the academic activities stipulated by the University for two consecutive weeks without approval. According to Article 21 of the Regulations on the Administration of the Student Status of the Graduate Students〔2022〕No. 90, the School of Life Sciences proposes to impose withdrawal on the above-mentioned student.

The School cannot reach the student regardless of multiple attempts. According to Article 22, the Regulations on the Administration of the Student Status of the Graduate Students in Southern University of Science and Technology, The School delivers this proposed decision in the form of an announcement. It shall be deemed that the student has been notified after the 10th working day on which such announcement is made.
