一、课题组简介:南方科技大学生物系Andrew Hutchins课题组Andrew Hutchins课题组的工作包括系统性分析基因表达、表观遗传学和基因调控,并建立计算模型,用于了解人类疾病、胚胎干细胞多能性和细胞发育。我们课题组对转座子(transposable elements)、长非编码RNA(non-coding RNAs)和系统生物学方法特别感兴趣,全局性地研究和理解细胞和组织。我们实验室的主要目标是利用人类胚胎干细胞来模拟复杂的人类疾病,特别是克罗恩病。二、招聘情况因课题组工作和科研工作需要,诚聘科研助理,工作地点为深圳市南山区南方科技大学三、应聘条件1)申请人具有分子生物学、细胞生物学,同时/或者具有计算生物学或者生物信息学等相关专业背景;2)熟练掌握包括细胞培养、分子克隆、RT-qPCR和其他基于细胞的生物技术。对于计算生物学或者生物信息学,职责包括:RNA-seq、ChIP-seq和其他下一代测序数据(Illumina等)的计算分析。特别欢迎对实验和计算工作都感兴趣的申请者;3)具有良好的中、英文表达和书写能力,坚实的学术基础,较强的独立思考能力和良好的敬业精神。四、工资待遇按照南方科技大学相关规定执行,根据个人具体情况,提供具有竞争力的薪酬和福利,享受五险一金、过节费、伙食补贴、高温补贴等。五、联系方式We are seeking a research assistant for bioinformatics/genomics/experimental positions.Work in the Hutchins laboratory involves building computational models using systematic analysis of gene expression, epigenetics and gene regulation with a view to understand human disease, embryonic stem cell pluripotency and development. We are particularly interested in transposable elements, long non-coding RNAs and systems biology approaches to understanding the global organisation of cells and tissues.
